Handling Precautions

To help maintain the performance and reliability of the module, please follow the handling and storage guidance stated in the specification:

  • The display panel is made of glass. Do not subject it to mechanical shock by dropping it from height.
  • Do not press down the screen on adjoining areas too hard because the color tone may shift.
  • The polarizer on the display surface is soft and easily scratched. Handle it carefully.
  • If the display surface is contaminated, gently wipe it with a soft dry cloth. If needed, use ethyl alcohol only.
  • Do not use water, ketone, or aromatic solvents except ethyl alcohol.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble the AMOLED module.
  • If the logic circuit power is off, do not apply the input signals.
  • Use proper grounding and anti-static protection during handling and assembly.
  • Assembly tools such as soldering irons must be properly grounded.
  • Do not conduct assembly or related work under dry conditions that may increase static electricity.
  • When storing the AMOLED modules, avoid direct sunlight and fluorescent lamps.
  • Recommended long-term storage condition: 0℃ to 40℃, relative humidity ≤80%.
  • The modules should be stored in a room without acid, alkali, or harmful gas.
  • Avoid falling, violent shock, excessive pressure, water, damp, and sunshine during transportation.
