1. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Defective, damaged, or wrong item shipped by us We cover the return shipping cost. We’ll provide a prepaid label.
Change of mind, ordered by mistake, or no longer needed Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Item not as described (and verified by us) We cover return shipping.

Note: Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases, unless we made an error.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, only if:

  • The screen is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
  • All protective films are still intact.
  • The product is in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • No physical damage, scratches, or signs of mounting/installation.
Non-returnable items: Custom orders, opened/used screens, or items with broken seals.

3. How to Return

  1. Email us at INFO@BROWNOPTO.com with your order number and reason.
  2. Include photos of the item and packaging.
  3. If approved, we’ll issue an RMA number and instructions.
  4. Ship the item back within 14 days using a trackable carrier.
    • If you’re responsible for shipping, choose a service with tracking.
    • If we cover shipping, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.

❗ Returns without an RMA number will be refused.

4. Refunds & Restocking

  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns (waived for our errors).
  • Refund issued to your original payment method.

5. International Customers

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs, even for defective items (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Import duties and taxes are non-refundable.
